Baton Rouge Distilling is the first operating distillery in the capitol city since prohibition. Our tiny 52-gallon pot still is the perfect size for our experiments, allowing us to test recipes and expand production when we discover something exciting. Our first spirit, Strawberry Brandy, was introduced in 2016. We expanded our production in 2020 with our first Rye Whiskey and Louisiana Bourbon.
