Benny's Express is a quick and fast self serve location. The vacuums are free and they do offer detailing services but those cost over the $20 you claim to have paid at this facility. You may want to try the full service stations at airline or essen which offer vacuum service with a basic wash. I am sure if you spoke to the manager concerning your services at the time they would have gone up and beyound to satisfy you. The express location does not offer a vacuum with the wash unless you purchased detailing service.

The worst car wash EVER. I took my mother-in-law's Cadillac for a bath since it was in need of a wash. I paid for a $20 wash, tipped t another $10 and the car was still dirty on the inside. The vacuum the used wasn't as good as my Dustbuster! The exterior wash was OK but the interior was sadly lacking. They did a very poor job and I'd never take my car here again. They also stole her handicapped parking permit out of the car!!
