Do not waste your time using this agent, Dwayne Wilson! He gave me improper information regarding coverage for both my health and dental insurance. When I contacted him regarding these issues, he reassured me that he will take care of them. After several weeks not hearing from him, I contacted him through several emails and phone calls. I has to literally harass him with phone calls for him to email me back. Plus, he still did not resolved the issues I had. He lacks professionalism, promptness, and expertise in this field.
