...i called around noon today, not knowing that SSI in battle creek, michigan closed at noon...the woman i attempted to get some info from about absolving my student loans was easily the rudest person ive encountered since i started disability in 2000...she interrupted almost everything i said...i thought i sent in all the paperwork i needed, but they sent a form letter back saying i needed more....since she interrupted me so much, i could never even ask any questions, let alone try to get answers...i continued to be nice, although she seemed to be upset...now i understand that i was keeping her from going home for the day...i really feel that she brushed me off, and she was upset because her day was over, which i didnt know...tld her i was hanging up and by the time i got the sentence out, shed already hung up on me...ill go in person tomorrow and hope its her day off...
