After a period of several years of litigating a very complicated matter in federal court, it is very difficult for me to express just how impressed I was with both William B. Harvey, III and Sam Scoville of the Harvey & Battey law firm. Not only was their professionalism unmatched both in and out of the federal courtroom, but their in depth knowledge about federal banking laws and real estate transactions was unparalleled. As a direct result of their outstanding efforts, they were able to accomplish what many of the largest and most well known law firms in South Carolina said would be impossible to do - they helped to resolve this matter in a way that was very favorable to me and my family! While the law firm of Harvey & Battey may not be the biggest law firm or the most well known law firm in South Carolina, I can honestly say that in my opinion, they are without any question the best law firm in South Carolina.
