Provided by SuperpagesDropped off a precisely formed templates for a set of custom tempered glass shelves, with the requirement that the finished product couldn't be larger than the template. Right off the bat I was told the finished product would be +/- 1/16in, no options unless the template was trimmed down. Then it took 2 days to get a quote, at $90 each. BTW it would be sent out, and expect 7 days turn around. The attitude of the front office was essentially "go away son, your botherin' me". So I tried another local glass shop: 2 days, in house, $52 each, and dead-on with my template. If you have a large job, you can try these guys-after all, something keeps them in business. If a one time or small job, go elsewhere and get some appreciation for your business.

I replaced my outdoor terrace skylights with this company, because they were referred to me. They leaked from the very beginning. After over 7 visits to try and fix the leak, they now claim my leak has nothing to do with the skylights, but rather are a problem with the roof flashing. After $6,000 for 2 skylights, they won't repair the work. Look at other companies!!!
