Shortly after Spa Outlet became Haven, I noticed that my spa had a leak and scheduled a service call with Haven. Instead of sending a repairman, they sent an unprepared salesman who told me the lines were splitting and that the entire tub needed to be replumbed at a cost of $1200-1600. He then charged me $95 to tell me this. I have no idea how he could have possibly known this since he didn't remove a particle of the foam insulation covering the lines. I found another spa repairman who was able to locate and repair the 1 leaking glue joint for a total cost of $100. I will NEVER do business with Haven again.
