Hello, I’m writing this review in hopes that whoever may read it, will feel confident in their decision to choose Best Rate Towing & Repair. I had no preference when the police officer asked me for which towing company I’d like to use and I’m so extremely fortunate that they called up Best Rate. I had a truck that was in the ditch, with three wheels on the ground—the forth being 2’ 6” in the air! Luckily, PJ with Best Rate Towing & Repair showed up after only a matter of minutes (because no one wants to be stranded looking at what they had done to their vehicle as cars pass by) and got my truck out of the ditch Without A Scratch! There were no dents, no dings, no scratches and not even a bad alignment! Thanks to PJ and his care with my vehicle I was able to drive the rest of the 200 miles to my destination without any issues what-so-ever. I can’t compliment Best Rate Towing & Repair enough for the fast, friendly, professional and caring service they provided me. PJ not only got my truck out, but explained what he was doing the entire time so that I felt extremely confident that my truck was being treated like it was his own. This experience, which could have been a nightmare, was handled in a way to where I will always choose Best Rate Towing & Repair for any of my towing needs—needs that are hopefully few and far between :) Thanks PJ!p.s. They also dealt with my insurance company flawlessly to where I was reimbursed by my insurance company without any hassles at all! Can’t beat Best Rate’s service :)

I have always been able to problem solve but this was to much. I was traveling from Washington State to Colorado and my car overheated near Bozeman. Called Best Rate, The driver P.J. came to tow my car. I thought my vacation was ruined, P.J. took the car back to his shop and Joe put a new therostat in it. Did I mention it was a Sunday. I was on the road in hours. Thank you Best Rate thank you Joe & PJ.

Best Rate Towing is made of a team of people that worked very well together to provide us with fast and friendly service. I was with a family doing a photo shoot, when we were done taking pictures we returned to the car to discover the doors were locked with the keys sitting on the seat! You can imagine four kids tired and hungry ready for lunch and a nap. We called Best Rate and they sent someone right away, we had the car unlocked and headed back to town with in 15mins of the call, we were about 12 min outside of town. So we are so thankful for their speedy and friendly service! Thank You Thank You

Last week my car broke down on the interstate near Bozeman I called a couple friends for help. I needed my car towed and all three of them told me to call Best Rate Towing. I did and now I know why they told me to call this company. The woman on the phone was great, the driver knew what he was doing and the price was really the Best Rate. Thank you I really felt safe.
