I never give reviews but i felt other people should know. I bring my two small children (1 baby 1 toddler) in quite frequently for check ups and vaccines, seems like every time i go in i have to refill out the same forms, the receptionist is unprofessional and incompetent. The nurse we delt with the last two times has absolutly no skills with children let alone children who are freaked out about being at the doctors office. When you have children who are very upset, crying, screaming, it seems the staff cannot handle the pressure cant remember to have you sign forms or give back proper paperwork then call you to come back because they failed to do their jobs.

The one and only like that i have is the NP shes very calm and warm to work with. I was very uncomfortable the last time and will not be back.

Sliding fee scale offered, warm and caring health care practitioners, and yes, the front desk staff could use some help! I also have had records not turn up, experienced rudeness from the front desk staff (including hanging up on me!) but I keep coming back because (1) It's cheap, and your slide extends to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital and a number of other places around town and, (2) I followed my provider here from the Bozeman office, and she is the best!

Rude and incompetent, they messed up our appt date, and the lady behind the counter just closed the window and walked off while we were trying to talk with her about the date screw up.



dont trust any place that needs the receptionist to be behind bullet proof glass.



I only wish I could rate this as less then 1 star.
