Provided by YP.comTHIS IS THE MOST UNREASONABLE PLACE TO RENT A SPACE FROM. AFTER TWO YEARS OF RENTING A UNIT WE MOVED OUT OF THE UNIT ON MAY 3 AND THEY CHARGED US A WHOLE COMPLETE MONTH INSTEAD OF PRO-RATING!!!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! I SPOKE WITH 2 OTHER NEAR BY STORAGE PLACES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE PRO-RATED, ESPECIALLY DURING THE FIRST 5 DAYS OF THE MONTH. STEER CLEAR AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP OF ARTISTS!!
We apologize for any misunderstanding but we explain very clearly to all customers that rent is prorated when you move in but we do not pro rate move outs. This is explained and is in the lease all customers sign and agree to. Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding. We are a fair and honest company serving Marion county for over 11 years.
