We had an electrical problem..1 slide would not work..when he was finished none of the slides worked..he doesnt return calls..and would say he would be there and not show up..he never returned to fix the problem..this is my experience..and my opinion..if you have something serious wrong with your RV take it to a RV shop. I would not give it a 1 star rating.
