I can not tell you how unhelpful and rude the people are who work at this Big Lots. I typically like the store, I always find something interesting, however I was disgusted to find how one of the managers treated me let alone her employees. I don't recall her name but she acted as if I was wasting her time. Ok, I admit I had a return and thought I did not have my receipt but I looked around in my purse and found it. This, sorry for my language, b*tch actually told me to be prepared next time because she was busy. Sorry honey, just because you are old and broke down doesn't mean you need to be an a**hole.



Update: I just called and got the name of the so called manager who thought she was helping me, Avis. Well, Avis if you think you helped me or anyone else, especially if you treated them the way you treated me, you better think again.
