In March of 2015 we had our furnace replaced. I called Marr’s Heating because of positive word of mouth feedback from friend who had used this company. Ken Marr’s visited our house, reviewed our heating needs, and suggested some options. He never used a ‘hard sell’ approach, nor did he seek to sell us a system we did not need. I was most favorably impressed by his business demeanor. The installation was done efficiently and without complications. I am pleased with this efficient and quiet system. Since installing the new furnace we have arranged for a Marr’s technician to return annually for a system checkup and filter replacement. The cost of this service is reasonable, the punctuality and courtesy of employees is impressive, and I sleep better know that we have reliable system. In my opinion, Marr’s Heating and A/C is a local business jewel unique to Bellingham, Washington.
