I have always enjoyed my experiences at High Desert Mulching. The staff has always been extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I recently bought some bags of compost for a home gardening project. Although I had no prior knowledge of what material I needed, I was confident that the staff would help me find it. And they did.

My yard is covered with "extra dark hemlock" mulch from High Desert Mulching.

I called and asked them to deliver 5 cubic yards of the same mulch to my drive way.

The mulch is not dark black, but more of a red. I cannot use it, as if I touch up with the delivered mulch it would not match.

I called them and they told me each batch is a different color.

While I understand this, this is not just a bit different, as one might expect if one were attempting to match paint.

This is way different, and I simply cannot use it.

I offered to pay for the mulch (which I had already done) if they would come pick it up.

So, now I am stuck with over $ 200 of mulch piled in my drive way and a "too bad do sad" from the EXPERTS.

If anyone has a practical suggestion please let me know
