For more than 32 years, Jim Guild Construction has offered excellent craftsmanship in the design and building of custom homes in Central Oregon. He and his wife, Nunzie, who met by chance in 1995 because of similar last names Gould and Guild, bring unique focus and invaluable skills to new home construction. Jim brings a wealth of building experience Nunzie brings a great sense of artistic design and proportion. Both share a passion for preserving natural resources-and for finding creative ways to make one's home more comfortable and livable.br brUnlike other Oregon builders who send out an impersonal project manager, Jim and Nunzie are onsite interfacing with homeowners and subcontractors at every turn of the building process.
