We were referred to Ripple Effect by previous customers, and Brian came out to give us an estimate. He said he was going to work on a design for our backyard. After three weeks had passed without hearing from him, I called to follow up. At that point he told me he didn't have time to help and I should call someone else. I had asked him why he didn't share this information with me three weeks earlier and he didn't have a response. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone.
