Beware of this company's business practice, especially if you schedule on-line. There is a $90 diagnostic/trip charge in ADDITION to any parts and labor. This is NOT discussed on their website and you will not know about it until your technician charges you then invoices you for the next trip! When I called to discuss this, the woman at the company was very rude and blamed me for not calling them to check the fees despite me scheduling on-line.

I had a service technician come in to repair my refrigerator as part of a free part replacement directed by the OEM. It was hands down the best service personnel I have ever interacted with. He addressed issues with the refrigerator that were outside what the OEM had asked to repair. He was extremely professional and went the extra mile to fix issues that were outside what the OEM had contracted for. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the technician, but if he is a good representation of this company, I would highly recommend giving them a call for your repairs.

The technician was great. Found problem and got right to it. But when it came to payment, wrote check and he said an invoice would be sent by email the next day. I waited two days and called. Said problem with email and would put in snail mail. It has been a week and when I called they didnt even know if been mailed. Said they cannot make and notes or comments on their customer's records. Lucky I paid by ck and have that record. Get your invoice in writing before you pay !!!!!

The Best Service i have ever had...Very quick and VERY smart. They taught me sooo much about my oven!! call them for all of your appliance needs!!!
