James, I am sorry that you had a bad experience at Big Frog NWA. Everything was done to ensure that you received a quality product at a very competitive price with a very fast turnaround. Your artwork was exactly as you wanted and was proofed and approved by you. All these things are to be expected of a quality Custom T-Shirt store.

I am sorry that you proofed and approved artwork that was not what you wanted.

This is why we have customers approve every design and artwork before it is printed to ensure that the customer is content with the contents of the print.

Unwilling

Big Frog changed some of our artwork. When they sent me the proof I missed the spelling change. They were unwilling to help us out. To keep our business. I would be very wary of working with them in the future
