I have 14 years of residential and commercial inspection experience; I Also have extensive prior experience AS a licensed contractor specializing in the renovation and upgrading of older homes. Knowledge is KEY in this business and savvy people understand this. What most people Don’t know is that NOT ALL home inspectors are educated on an equal level or possess equivalent experience. This business is MY passion. AS your Independent inspector. Your best interest is MY only concern. I understand that your time is valuable and that YOU have a LOT AT stake. I AM comfortable educating YOU during the inspection and discussing MY findings afterwards. I want to BE sure YOU understand the process and the results. The condition of the property. And questions asked. MY reports are concise. Easy to understand. Come complete with photos. And are narrative in format.
