"Since 1996 I have provided many styles of counseling including insight and spirituality to help people work out their different issues. I treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, adjustment disorder, addiction, eating disorders, anger management, career change, goal setting, relationship help, couples counseling and struggles with loss. In general, I help people find their way to the life they want and deserve to live. "It's not what happens to us in life that counts.... it's having the tools and support to handle them." My practice is currently private pay only and is offering telehealth services via phone, skype, FaceTime, etc."
