My daughter and I had an wonderful experience at J.Scott Couture!! The salesperson was very nice, and personable.She helped us find a beautiful dress in our price point . Of all of the bridal shops that we went to ( and there were many), we Loved our experience at J.Scott Couture Bridal. We absolutely will come here again ( I have 3 more daughters), wish we would have come here first !!!! Lyn L.

I am a Reputation Marketing and Mangement Specialist. I contacted this store to speak with them about the proper way to manage none other than "negative reviews". The person that answered, Jackie, gave me her name and 20 seconds into telling her why I called she hung on me. I thought we must have been disconnected. I called back and the salesperson that answered did the same thing. It has been my experience that business owners that behave this way are not the kind of people that you want to do business with. The first negative review I have ever written and I specialize in working with Bridal Stores -
