Brewer Dental has always met my needs in an excellent fashion. They are efficient and professional.

What a great experience! Not only did they live up to my expectations, but they exceeded them! I am very fearful, and the staff there made me feel right at home, comfortable & at ease. I will be telling all my friends about Brewer Dental Center! Everyone was very friendly, I felt like they really listened and understood my needs. Awesome!

We moved from Seattle to MT last year & went to Brewer thinking that they were the best in town...we were greatly disappointed!!! Don't let their big, new building & flashy TV ads fool you!!! I have worked in the medical field so I know what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to scheduling & billing in a medical office...well, Brewer needs some MAJOR help in these departments!!! First off, the gals on the phones lied (lied, being lazy, making the sale, etc...) to me multiple times when I asked if my insurance was going to cover the costs (which it didn't) then when I checked out & asked for my bill they said "Don't worry about it, we'll send it to you". Over the next few months we received multiple bills that had TONS of mistakes on them & PRICY too b/c they were wrong about my insurance & instead of finding the answer to my question, they took the easy way & just said YES to me so they could make the sale!! The Manager didn't care so we had to pay big time!! Will NEVER return!!!

I'm very sad to have learned where Dr. Brewer's intentions lie. My employer recently switched from Delta to Aetna. When I inquired about Dr. Brewer becoming an Aetna provider I was bluntly told 'No'. The reason? Being a provider restricts what they can charge.Last time I checked, that was the purpose of insurance - to help control the costs. If I were to continue seeing Dr. Brewer insurance would only cover a small fraction of what he charges. He'll be more than happy to offer me credit, though.The only reason for the second star is because despite his ethical shortcomings, they are very good dentists.

i am a travel nurse and have been to many dentist..but i love this dental office...not only are they polite but they are sincere..caring..they look at you when they talk to you, and not just through you..makes you feel that you matter..and they try their best to work with you to arrange payments with dental work being so expensive nowdays..that means a lot..and the main thing i noticed was, they do not tell you that you need this done and that done just to make money..i know that for a fact...i truly love this dental office and hate when i travel somewhere else..i recommend this dental office to anyone..you will not make a mistake

I highly recommend this office- Dr. Brewer and crew have been taking great care of my teeth for a long time. They are ALWAYS on time, friendly, and accommodating! I wouldn't want to omit that they are technologically up-to-date!
