The prices are good here but i guess the saying is "you get what you pay for" all i needed was a trim. but i wanted and expected a shampoo cut and style. Instead I got no shampoo not even a spray down, the girl didn't even notice i had a clip in my hair. i had to take it out for her. she cut my hair dry. and did not even ask if i need any product. I have long hair and what should have been at least an hour visit only lasted about 20 min from the time i walked in the door. The stylist did a terrible job. I have layers and she did not even trim the layers she just went straight across the bottom line. a month later my hair looks terrible, with all the split ends that were missed. I will not be going back to this salon. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
