These are the people that remember who you are and what's going on with you. If you want to have an insurance agent you can keep for life, this is it. They will call you if anything at all comes up and work with you if you're having trouble.

I have done business for several years with Jeff's office. I always have a friendly experience when I have to call. I appreciate the service, especially if I have to call regarding a claim. Even if they have to forward me on to the claims office, they always let me know to call them if I need more help.

This agency has a convenient location, right next to Sherwin Williams on Grand. The hours are great - 8:30 to 5:30 with NO midday closure. Someone is always in the office and everyone is friendly! As always, State Farm has very competitive rates, great service, and personable people always willing to help!
