NOT a good place to live!! You will deeply regret moving there!!!! The management is Terrible!!!

You're expected to follow the rules and keep your property in excellent shape,, but there are those who don't, and break all the rules and those people are never confronted. Makes it difficult for the rest of us.The park managers do nothing to maintain the park. Water breaks occur at least once every summer. In August 2011, a water line broke and we're still without water for over 36 hours. The managers lie to the tenants on a constant basis. The only way to get maintenance done, problems resolved, big falling trees taken care of, is for the tenants to do it themselves, then they get yelled at for preventing damage to their homes.Not worth the rent when management ignores every problem the tenants bring up with them. They are combative, argumentative, slow to respond, and nothing ever gets resolved.
