After using this contractor I am now involved in a lawsuit against him. There are numerous people who have the same problem. I have had people stop at my house when they found out I had used him to tell me they have had same issues and wanting to join in lawsuits against the company. I wish there had been something like this before I used him. Tried to research him and found nothing. He lied about numerous things and also tells people he built my house. The things he did were done wrong. Have statements from three other contractors who came in to see what had been done after Joe K. My construction price tripled after he left the job.. My roof line is crooked halls are not the correct size foundation poured wrong. There are way to many things to list here. I also believe one of the building inspectors is a close relative. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON..
