Horrible customer service. No clue what they should do. Called them to change the mortgagee information and took them a month to respond back and still they can not do it right. I guess Allstate should train their agencies because these type of agencies giving really bad reputation.

Beware of his "Bate" and switch tactics. I was with Allstate for 7 years. Always paid my bills on time and never had a claim. I moved to another area and wanted an agent closer to where I live. Immediately after switching to the Alvin Bates Jr. Agency my rates went way up. I asked why and Alvin couldn't really provide a clear answer. I then soon cancelled my policy and only paid what I would have with my recent agent. I then get a letter from a collection agency. Nice!! This is how I get treated at a long time customer. I will be contacting All State corporate, the better business bureau and anyone else to let them know of his unscrupulous behavior. I will not go away because I am a person of principle.
