Great experience with carpet crew! I had broken my foot (bad, painful break), on non weight bearing, and had not been able to remove all items. The crew immediately pitched in and helped me. They were awesome! The carpet looks great. Crew was courteous, professional, on time, kind and helpful! They definitely deserve a high five and recognition for going above and beyond to complete my project. Many, many thanks!

Came to install carpet under Lowe's. Refused to move furniture that I paid extra to move. When I told them I wanted it moved they left. When Lowe's called they said they offered to move the furniture which was a bold face lie. Do not let these people in your home and do not get installation done form Lowe's as these are the only carpet installers Lowe's uses.

bought my carpet from lowes and this was their installed.....two supposedly???? certified installers in a beat up old van and only one spoke some broken English did a lousy install and did damage to the interior of my home and by the way the day they were scheduled to install we never heard from them for another two days. this has now lingered on with lowes for over a month and it appears that I will have to get a lawyer.........never will walk in a lowes store again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tore out my carpet to put in laminate then said , your floor is uneven. I could fix it but my boss won't let me. Then they leave with me having no carpet no laminate. They were sub contacted through Lowes. Avoid these folks at all costs!

I recently had floor work contracted through these guys and they did an awsome job. The guys came in and worked for two days from early morning to late afternoon and only stopped for lunch. I felt bad for them on the second day because I was grilling for some friends so I did offer them an early dinner. I just want to say I recommend them HIGHLY, they are quick and friendly. Thanks guy for all of your hard work
