Dr. Vila earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California, graduating with honors and receiving his DDS degree. He then expanded his expertise at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earning his MD and completing a General Surgery internship.During his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Birmingham, he served as Chief Resident. Now board-eligible, Dr. Vila has made Birmingham home, offering compassionate, expert care to his community. His dedication ensures safe and positive patient experiences in oral and maxillofacial care.
