I have been using Nelson Family Facility for over 3 years. I have only experienced the utmost professional customer service (last minute appointments, schedule changes, etc.)with this team. I would refer them hands down.

As always, they were there for me when I had an emergency! The staff is wonderful and friendly and most have worked there for many years...always a good thing! Dr. Jim is friendly and easy to approach.

I am very impressed by the warm welcoming smiles I receive as soon as I walk in the door. During my whole experience there, and my return visits as well, I always receive gentle and genuine care from the Hygienist and Dr. Crystal.
