The worst business to deal with with scheduling. They ignore you after repeated promises to correct problems THEY created. They have broken personal property and refused to pay and have hidden charges that are not explained until after the work is done.

DO NOT USE COMPUTER BARN!! We have taken a computer there TWICE now with similar resutls. We were charged from 39.95 to 69.95 and neither time the computer was fixed. They stated they would call within 1 day of drop off and never followed up. In addition, to not fixing the machines, we never received a proper diagnosis. We were told we would "need new computers," however, we were able to take them both to other computer repair shops in Danville, and are now working well. The management is inflexible to compromise or discussion regarding their services

They are fair and service oriented. They aim to please.
