THE WORST HAIR CUT I EVER HAD!!!!!!

I HAVE LETERALLY BEEN GROWING MY HAIR OUT FOR 8 MONTHS AND SOME RETARDED LADY AT FRANCO'S CUT NEARLY 5 INCHES OFF!!!!! IF I COULD SUE THIS PLACE FOR A BAD HAIRCUT I WOULD!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO THE DEATH TRAP FOR HAIR!!!!!!!!!!
