Incredible cleaners. I had my Vera Wang wedding gown cleaned, boxed, and preserved here and the quality was outstanding. It was truly museum quality!! Very detailed work and took great care of the beads and lace trim. Thank you Townsend!!!

My family and I have been using Townsend Cleaners for 6 years now. I continue to refer my friends and other family here because I have been impressed with the quality and service! I work in corporate so i'm always bringing in my suits and shirts on a weekly basis, they always come back excellent. The owner and girls working the lobby are very sweet and efficient.

My family have been loyal customers for a long time. Recently we incurred a problem when I brought curtains in to be cleaned. When I returned to pick them up , they were still in the same condition I brought them in -dirty. Marie began ranting , very angrily and so loudly that it was quite disturbing and unprofessional. How about , apologizing to the customer???! The owner, Marie, assured me she had worked on them herself. Hmm , I showed her the dirt on the bottom along with some dried leaves still stuck to the curtains. I asked for the fee that was paid , to be returned. Instead, she said she would work on them. I picked them back up a second time... The previously white curtains were now yellowy and after I hung them , I noticed they had shrunk a good 8-9". We are very upset that an expensive set of curtains are now ruined.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Townsend Cleaners. After years of loyal patronage to this establishment we ran into a series of problems. The first was that they lost a brand new Calvin Klein Suit and a belt that belonged to an expensive coat. Next, holes were returned in several of white men's dress shirts. We stopped into the cleaners on 4 different occasions trying to speak to someone about getting this remediated. We also called and left several messages for the woman who owns the cleaners. On our final attempt we asked that she please at least give us a phone call back in the next week. Silence. We will no longer be using the dry cleaners and suggest that you don't either. When a problem occurred they were suddenly nowhere to be seen or heard from. But when our credit card expired a few months back we received multiple phone calls directly from the owner to get that fixed.
