Provided by YP.comWhile my child was in daycare here, he spent the majority of his time watching TV. Was bitten numerous times with no explanation, received cuts, bruises and etc. The final straw was when he received a bloody nose "by falling" and no one had the decency to let me know until I came to pick him up. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD COME HERE!!!!!!!

Provided by YPmobileWe have been happy customers for over two years. Our son and daughter are both there now and couldn't be happier. We do miss the old Director as she seemed to always have a great attitude no matter what was going on and always immediately addressed our concerns with respect. We were always immediately notified about anything with our kids during the day so there wasn't any surprises at pick up. Other than the change in Director, we are happy with the rest of the staff that has been there for a while. I do want to point out that we do like the new Director, she just isn't as personable as the one before. I would highly recommend this place.

Provided by YP.comI do not like this place. As a nurse, I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to any parent. The facility is dingy and ill decorated. The staff members are unprofessional, do not exhibit child-care competency, and some wreak of cigarette smoke. While they are not doing things to compromise my child's life, they are lax in supervision and my husband has gone to pick my child up and found my son crying in a corner and not being tended to, as well as found another child drinking from my son's cup. My son also came home with a TERRIBLE diaper rash on his second day enrolled, as well as a really bad cold... All in his first week. I feel like the "meals" they serve are insufficient in nutrition, and I believe they do not provide snacks and drinks as promised nor as needed by the children.. namely because my son consistently comes home with "progress reports" that have clearly forged drinking amounts (my toddler never drinks a full cup EVERY hour), as well as it never being noted that he received a snack--even when its noted that he ate lunch at 10:30 AM and wasn't picked up until 4:15... Additionally, it has been consistently documented that my son had dirty diapers ALWAYS in intervals of "5" ie, 9:35, 11:15, 2:20... Am I expected to believe that they are not just penciling that in for liability reasons? They are extremely expensive, which they can only get away with because of their flexible hours-- however, they take advantage of the parents and children they service, including placing my TODDLER in the INFANT room routinely. They operate at maximum, if not over, LEGAL capacity. There also always seems to be a TV on when my son is dropped off/picked up (This is actually a state licensure violation). Take the time to look them up with the licensing board, Bright From the Start-- you will be able to see all licensure violations, petty and not. The daycare has, for three years running, failed to pay its licensure fees on time, as well as being hit multiple times on things such as broken changing tables... MONTHS apart (ie, they were told it must be fixed and audited several months later and no repairs had been made). Your money is better spent on a private sitter; this would provide better learning experiences, as well as better care for your child.

Provided by YP.comMy child went to this daycare center for 3-4 years. In the past couple of years I have seen a great center go very far down hill. I recently pulled my child out and filed a report with the local PD due to abuse in the center. Please be advised that this daycare center is no where near what it used to be. I would take my child somewhere else!
