Provided by YP.comI wouldn't have had a problem with this store, but on two different occasions i had to deal with Lynn the "store manager" I have no idea how in the world someone like her got a position in customer service and in MANAGEMENT??? She is rude, sharp, condescending, and unprofessional. Who hangs up the phone on a customer? Lynn does. The first time i met Lynn, she answered every question with "why would you want that?" "you don't want to do that" She doesn't care about the customer. She is rude, bitter, and like i said, i cannot understand how she still has a job in a customer facing role.
