I stored my belongings with this facility for less than a year. Within the first few months they raised my monthly rental rate by $10 dollars. I started paying $120 for a 10x10 and then they bumped it up to $130 and then again a few months later added $10 more so by the end of one year with them I was being asked to pay $140 a month for a 10x10. When I inquired about rate raises they said it was stated in the agreement they have the right to raise rates. It seems really unethical to intentionally let someone move all of their belongings into a location then raise the rates; they've literally got your hands tied because IT COST more to rent another moving truck and go to a different storage company so they just keep raising the price on you. When you express your displeasure they like to do the management pointing fingers game where it's "out of their hands" or that's just what the system does, and they can't change it. Also, they only let you pro-rate your rent once, but tell you after you've already done it so you better be sure nothing goes wrong with your move out date prediction. They require you to pay insurance, but they don't advertise their prices with it included. The costumer service at this particular location was always very friendly, but the company itself will just continue to take from you. They have no costumer loyalty; the longer you're there, the more they'll charge you. Seems backwards to me.
