Parents and students beware of exorbitant fees for any repairs necessary as their tenant. $290 for a hair clog removal from tub in 65+ year old house. Toilet seat could not be repaired or replaced because they don't make them anymore, but let them live with it for a year. $490 for house cleaning + $265 for painting upon move out of a one bedroom house. $50 charge for labor for something. See photos for condition left on move out day. Sadly these kids both worked part time while attending college classes full time. Now receive an overpriced invoice for labor and materials with a balance due after they kept full deposit of $875.
