Made appt, was called several times to confirm during timeframe of appt, msg left saying "don't want to go all the way out there if noone home." I was at work, my husband was waiting for them. I called them back once able, told them the msg was inappropriate/unprofessional, will go with another company. John called back, wanted to argue about my opinion that calling saying "don't want to go all the way out there" was not appropriate/professional. He explained "we are busy, what if something happened and you could not be there." I made appt, was expecting them to be there when they said, not to have to reconfirm appt. Had I known reconfirming appt was requirement, I would have given alternate phone. Then tried to put it on my husband for him not calling when noone showed. Told him if he wanted to argue, I was hanging up. Other companies showed up without having to reconfirm for estimate and without an argument.
