I feel incredibly disrespected after communicating with this facility. I have been searching for a package which was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Now, after a series of strange occurrences and communications, it seems that the manager, Joe, and one of his drivers is attempting to cover their bases by claiming they delivered a package to my door, and that it must have been stolen. That would be nearly impossible, as very few people enter this apartment building. I'm disappointed that neither manager could take responsibility for this. I do not trust Bloomington's UPS facility to deliver my packages any longer.
