With over 34 years of conceptual design and implementation and 30 years of quality craftsmanship, Vincent Properties Construction has become well known as one of the area's leading custom builders. Most of Vincent Properties Construction's Homes are designed and built using an Adirondack Mountain Style that is unique to Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina. We use cedar board 'n' batten siding and or poplar bark siding (which is technically considered a "green" material) along with extensive exterior stonework. These elements combine to provide a rustic feel to the homes that we build when they are integrated with the wood framing and exposed beams.
