Worst Customer Service!

I placed an order with this company on January 10th, 2011. Within a few days, the transaction was completed. I was sent a confirmation email same day, stating my order would be shipped within 4 days. I paid for Priority shipping and having shipped many times before, knew I would receive my package within a week. NOT THE CASE!! After 3 weeks went by, I called the company to get a tracking number thinking the post office had lost my package. The owner tells me to hold and after several minutes, returns to tell me, my package was shoved under the desk and had never been mailed!! Then proceeds to tell me he would personally take the package to the post office and now, a week and half later.....NO Package! This company obviously takes your money and gets away with it! Now I will have to speak to my Visa company to get my money back:( Pathetic!
