terrible customer service. this company halfway does the job right and i specifically asked karina for a call back about them coming out to finish my property. after 3 hours she turns off the phone and ignores me. and my driveway is still not useable terrible service, terrible company. if you are in Kansas City Missouri, or in the surrounding areas do not hire this company out of grain valley find someone else locally who values their customers. i mean really, who shovels a driveway and then leaves about 3 feet of snow at the end of it. and this is supposed to be professional.
