ZERO rating !!!! I bought 2 tickets for a Miami Heats game from this company and I never received them. When I called customer service they told me that this company had closed and I will have my money back from the bank. but the bank told me they couldn't return the money because they weren't responsible. I can't believe I lost $ 400. Who is responsible for that ? I see on this page people with the same problem. What should I do ???

This is not a legitimate company. I purchased two tickets for a Ben Folds concert in Kansas City, but I was suspicious when I had to pick up the tickets at a separate venue. Usually at Starlight Theatre, I just pick up tickets at will call. When I called Starlight Theater, much to my horror I found out that they don't even accept tickets from other brokers, that all tickets must be purchased through Starlight. I immediately called my credit card to cancel payment but the charge had already gone through. Now I am in dispute with IConcert.com for the payment. Stay far, far, far away from this company. Ug, this is the second bad experience I have had in the last week with online purchases.

I would give this business zero stars if it was an option. STAY AWAY!! I never received my ticket for the event that was supposed to occur today!! According to the fedex tracking number, it should come tomorrow. What?? The show was today!! And you can't get a customer service rep on the phone to save your life! The price of the ticket is 3 times higher than purchasing it from the company and you won't get your ticket on time. ZERO STARS!

I just sent an email to their feedback page which explains my rating, so rather than get myself frustrated again by re-explaining my woes....



I don't normally send feedback for services like this one, but I was extremely disappointed in iconcerttickets.com and feel like you should know why. At about 8:00am on Wednesday 8/1/12, I attempted to purchase two e-tickets for Vans Warped Tour in Milwaukee, an all-day music festival which started at 11am that day.



My saga:



1. I purchased the two tickets online and waited for an email with my tickets. After receiving a receipt for my order and payment of $151, I assumed the E-ticket email would arrive shortly thereafter. it did not. After an hour, I decided to call customer service.

2. My call was answered after a large amount of time on hold. I gave my name, was put on hold again, and then the system hung up on me.

3. I attempted to call three more times with the same result (being hung up on after giving my information to someone) before I asked specifically to NOT be put on hold again, and received some answers. She said they were processing my order and that I could expect my tickets within the next five minutes.

3. After thirty minutes passed, it was getting close to the concert's start time (still an hour and a half drive away) and I called again. The person who answered did not know what the problem might be, but her manager was busy so she told me she would call me back within the next fifteen minutes with an answer.

4. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES LATER, I received a call back. Her manager could not find my order--the payment had gone through, but my tickets didn't exist and her manager could not access them to re-send. They advised that I get tickets at the box office when I arrive at the venue, and told me I'd be refunded my $151.

5. I managed to get to the concert--two hours late--and purchased tickets at the box office (this part was actually pretty nice, since they were seventy dollars cheaper than what I paid for the e-tickets).

6. Went online today (two days post-concert) to make sure the refund had gone through....my account still shows the $151 purchase, and no refund posted.

7. I called to find out when the refund would happen (and to make sure it was still happening in the first place).

8. I've been on hold for the past 40 minutes. I am still on hold as I type this. The "hold" message keeps telling me to send you my feedback at this address, so I finally got frustrated enough to actually do so. I give up---I am never using this service again.



I'm sorry if I come off as mean, but I am SO FRUSTRATED with this service right now. Please fix your phones so that they do not hang up on customers who are placed on hold. Please fix your system so that tickets do not get lost in the *ether* where managers cannot retrieve them. Please give refunds promptly when things go wrong, as I understand they sometimes do. And please staff more than two people at a time in your offices, if that is possible.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! The tickets they mailed me were not the ones I purchased!!!! Different row, different seat! They also didn't send the VIP parking pass along with the VIP access pass! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE for the amount I paid!

ALERT -- SCAM ARTISTS -- I had a dispute over a small purchase and was subjected to harassing phone calls where multiple people from the company called me repeatedly and in succession throughout the day at work from blocked phone numbers. Despite my claim that I did not intend to purchase the tickets, they repeatedly stated in a menacing tone that they were going to personally deliver the tickets to my home because they knew where I lived. Unprofessional. Scary. Unscrupulous. My advice is to steer clear of these guys.

Wow this company is a mess. First off we had to meet them at a resturant at a waitress station, it was chaotic. Then when we got to the box the same people from the resturant sat us then made us move twice, at one point we were in hightop chairs. The "vip" box we were in had no set numbers. So they kept adding chairs and moving people, during the game!! Stay away from this joke of a company!

There's a couple of reviews here that say this company cares. Oh, they care very much... About your money. They charge you 4 times the face value of a ticket that they print off of tickets.com. Save your money! Avoid this company and just do it yourself. Shame on them.

I ordered tickets to the Lion ...

I ordered tickets to the Lion King and they tried to make me scan my drivers license and email it to them with a copy of my signature. This has left me feeling very uneasy and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have not yet received the rickets but they refused to cancel the order after their outrageous request.

A+++ Don't believe what u read

I read thru all these reviews and most of them are bs complaints. Let me tell u that I was worried after reading these when I placed my order... But once I spoke with them it was apparent that they really care for their customers. They helped me out after I messed up big time . Keep doin what ur doin guys we need more businesses that care!!!

These guys got me my tickets last minute and they were able to get me some free parking (which saved me $25). I have purchased tickets from them 3 times total and will keep buying from them. Im a happy Customer

Tickets were NOT at Will Call as ordered! Not worth one star if you can't get into the concert when you paid for the tickets.
