Awesome experience with this company .... They deserve 10 stars. We called them on a Friday morning regarding a broken toilet.... I received a confirmation call at 1pm and that someone is coming to fix it at around 3-3:30. Richard Bubel came at exactly 3 knocking on my door. He's friendly, professional and answered all my questions with simple straight forward answers. An hour later, he's done and my toilet feels like brand new. Explained everything he did and took care of the problem in no time. Richard is now my to go to plumber.. Please Ray the Plumber, send him back next time I call!

I had a very pleasant experience with Anthony M. today. He knew right what to do had a plan and was faster than I would ever have imagined! Anthony was so polite, tidy and informative. He was very sweet to my 4 year old who was very curious about what he was doing too. He helped me make a plan for a future repair that would be coming down the line which I am very appreciative of. The telephone service was just as great: I got an appointment quickly and received a phone call the morning of the service to let me know the technician's name and that he was on his way. This experience was a total two thumbs up for me.

Anthony the plumber came to my house on short notice and corrected my problem quickly and courteously.

A friend had recommended your company, saying that she had used your services and had nothing but good things to say about your company. Likewise, when I had the need to contact you this past weekend for a service call, we had a similar experience. Your technician, Anthony, was knowledgeable, neat, fast and quite the gentleman. In my short encounter with him, I determined he provides a great contribution to your organization. He is a keeper! The work done was accomplished in a timely and very neat mannerwithout some of the drama Ive experienced with other plumbing contractors. I was in a bind today when a leak developed over a major electrical outlet. I called Ray the Plumber and a technician was ther within a few hours. Richard assessed the job, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the job immediately. Richard was meticulous in his work , clean,efficiant and very pleasant to deal with. when calling the office, the secretary who answered the phone was also kind and curtious. She gave me a time frame for the technician to be here and then called with an exact time prior to his arrival. I was extremely happy with this company and would definitely use their services again. We had an appointment at 8:30 am. At 8:30 Anthony McDuffee (the tech they sent out) was at my door. He was professional and very friendly. He worked a quote for what I needed. To me it seemed like a big job and I was slightly pressed for time. I explained that to Anthony who told me it wasn't a problem. He got right to work and next thing I know my doorbell is ringing. Another Ray the Plumber tech is at my door! Anthony had arranged another set of hands to help him get the job done in my time frame. Apparently Neal had another appointment, so now Miguel comes into the picture. I was so pleased with their service. The job was done, the guys were friendly, professional and neat. Best of all I was out the door on time. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again if the situation arises.

Ray The Plumber is the way to go! Great customer service and affordable prices. Kudos to plumber "Rich". He is very knowledge and friendly. I would strongly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs and ask for Rich.....he's the real deal!

We called 3 plumbers and they were the first to respond. Our problem was in our root cellar (1870's house) within a very small crawlspace. Frank crawled in there to fix a rotted pipe with all sorts of spiders and creepy crawlies. Really BRAVE!! Dennis was the wing man and together they solved our problem that apparently had been leaking for some time. Dennis actually swept the dirt that had accumulated on the kitchen floor during their 3 hour ordeal. Thanks so much guys. I'd recommend you every time!

Ray the Plumber came when scheduled and Anthony the plumber was very professional and answered all of my questions and completed the required work quickly and I was very satisfied. I had never had an occasion to use Ray the Plumber prior to this date, but my regular plumber had retired and Ray the Plumber was recommended to me and I am definitely going to be calling on them again for any future plumbing problems. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is in need of a plumber and I would like to thank Anthony for his quality work and cheerful attitude. This is my third time in 2 years I had called Ray the plumber for help with a plumbing related problem. This time Frank and Miguel came out same day and had the problem diagnosed and resolved in 30+ minutes. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. After clearing a blockage, they gave me several suggestions on how to keep things flowing (Smile) - I have had three great experiences with the service professionals and quality work from Ray the plumber team.

Rich from "Ray the Plumber" was able to diagnois my problem with lack of hot water within 5 minutes! He was very professional and got the job done very efficiently. Thank you!

I thought I had a major problem. Called Ray, courteous reply, prompt response, on time appointment, fair estimate. Made appointment for work to be done. Technicians, Frank & Miguel arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Job cost less and took less time than I had imagined. Also gave a senior discount. As good as it gets!

Called today and Eddie Barton came just a few hours later. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the problem and what my options were. We are doing a lot of work to our house and it's nice to know there are good people like Eddie that we can trust and rely on to do the work.

I had Ray the Plumber come to my house to fix a leaking fitting in my basement.The plumber found several other things to add to the estimate and told me it would be 600.00. I told him I coud not do that and how much just to fix the leaking pipe.350.00 was his answer and I declined and ended up paying him 40.00 just to come for my house.I would not recommend Ray The Plumber based on my expirience with him!
