Provided by YP.comHave a back problem, Dr.S neverever looked at my back guessed at the problem 2 times he missed diagnosed13 mos not resolved now the pain dr, says because I don't have opids in my urine--And said to me What are u doing with thepills?I told her I take them only if needed-- She stopped all medication & gave me a list of other Drs to go to, she did not give me a letter to continue my Physical Therapy, If anyone ever recommends Dr C. DAVES RUN LIKE the DEVIL. i visit with her i waited over 2 hrs then saw the NP every visit was at least an hr.
