In travelling through South Carolina we stopped for several days and experienced several issues with the coach. We called Hands-On and they responded in a timely manner upon leaving a voicemail. One other RV service company we called had a full voicemail inbox and was unable to respond.

We were able to arrange a service call several days later. Hands-On kept us updated on arrival time and arrived as stated. The service technician, David, was helpful and courteous. We would call them again.
