Aimee Hastriter, DNP, PNP is certified in both primary and acute care by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She specializes in type 1 diabetes, insulin resistance/pre-diabetes, female puberty, short stature, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hypothyroidism, and vitamin D deficiency. She worked as an RN in St. Luke's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and St. Luke's Children's Endocrinology and Diabetes before transitioning to a nurse practitioner role. Aimee earned her bachelor's degrees in biology from Northwest Nazarene University and in nursing from Regis University. She earned her doctorate in nursing practice from Creighton University.
