I am very pleased about all of the improvements. I find that sometimes the improvements don't fall into the time frame you announce, but I imagine that is impossible to regulate. I feel safe and comfortable living here.

FRPM has been a complete help in our move to ID and everyone has been so easy to work with and they answer our questions whenever we ask.

First Rate Property Management employes have been friendly and

helpful with any question or concerns Ive had while living here for

over a year. its clean and well maintained and out. Ive just renewed my

lease for another year. Marie from accounting/finance went above and

beyond to research a problem i had, she took my concerns seriously and

solved the problem. The new lawn company is doing a great job i might

add, the lawns are always looking sharp, especially when i have company

over. overall you all are doing excellent!

Communication is on point, everyone there is very welcoming and there for you. One of the most respectable companies that I have ever dealt with. Thanks to everyone that has helped my family and myself out, it has been a great and easy experience.

The leasing process has been very smooth. And communication from the property management company has been both regular and informative. Kristen Curtis was very helpful throughout the process, going above and beyond.

I was needing help desperately to find an apartment. The office staff (Kristen,Liz and Whitney) worked with me to help me resolve this issue and as a result I am moving into a very nice apartment. Thank you very much!!!

First Rate does it right! Thank you so much for the great recommendation. Compliments seem to be a part of the past. Today, everything is simply expected. I called your plumber. He showed up the next morning, pulled the cartridge and returned with a new one - at NO COST. He let me know they had a lifetime warranty and charged nothing but the service call.
