Provided by YP.comI found the place, got a 60k tune up here, and it was a great experience. Nice to know I've got a good mechanic if I ever need urgent service.

Provided by YP.comEveryone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel like they are talking down to me because I know absolutely nothing about cars, and I always feel like I and my car are being well taken care of.

Provided by YP.comReliable service, great customer service, answer questions directly no yada yada! I brought my vehicle to their shop after the first shop strongly recommended a $500+ repair. Rich auto suggested $0, and 2000 miles later Rich's suggestion was correct. Honest.

Provided by YP.comI was merging onto the freeway in my '98 Ford Expedition when I heard a loud pop under the hood and lost power & compression in the engine. I called Rich Pedrazza and he virtually diagnosed my problem over the phone. Apparently, 5.4L Triton engines are notorious for blowing sparkplugs out of the aluminum cylinder heads with only approximately 3-4 threads holding the plugs into the head. These have a tendency to strip the threads in the head over time (replacing a complete cylinder head is VERY expensive) but Rich's Auto Care was able to repair the cylinder head for less than half of what it would have cost me to take it to a certified Ford dealer. Dealerships will typically charge up to $1200 IF your cylinder head can be repaired, Rich was able to do it for less than $500 (condition of cylinder head and the individual cylinder affected can vary the price no matter what shop you go to.) They also provided very quick turn around; they had my truck back to me before the dealership could have even started on the project. Needless to say, Rich's Auto Care provided good quality care at a very reasonable price. If you're tired of spending too much on repairs, talk to Rich.
