Allison (Alli) Vander Lugt, NP is a gerontology primary care nurse practitioner caring for high acuity patients in the home setting. She is passionate about providing high quality, in-home care to vulnerable populations. She works to decrease rehospitalization rates and emergency department visits, and to improve quality of life while reducing health care costs. Alli earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Calvin College and her master's degree in nursing from Boise State University. She worked as a nurse for St. Luke's Boise hospital before moving to in-home primary care. She has participated in the Aging Friendly Health Systems initiative and is dedicated to improving the care of older adults and helping them to age at home.
